Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Visanya. We are dedicated to providing premium fitness and sports gear to athletes and fitness enthusiasts across the United States and other Western countries.

Because we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model and coordinate our inventory through automated supply chains (including AutoDS), our products are dispatched directly from our specialized international partner warehouses. This allows us to keep retail prices highly competitive while maintaining equipment quality.

Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. 
* Most orders are processed, verified, and sent to our fulfillment partners within 1 to 3 business days.
* Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major international public holidays.
* If we experience a high volume of orders, or if a supplier reports a temporary inventory adjustment, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email at arsalanahmedsamoon@gmail.com if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We primarily ship to the United States and select Western countries. Because your items travel directly from global fulfillment hubs to optimize logistics, delivery times are structured as follows:

* United States: Estimated 7 to 15 business days after processing.
* Other Western Countries (UK, Canada, Europe, Australia): Estimated 10 to 18 business days after processing.

Please note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates can fluctuate based on localized carrier speeds, holiday transit surges, or regional weather events. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times due to different supplier origins.

3. Shipping Rates & Tracking Information
* Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
* Tracking Number: Once your order leaves the warehouse, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier info will be sent to the email address you provided. 
* Tracking Activation: It can take 2 to 5 business days for the carrier system to update and reflect active tracking information online after the label is generated.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Visanya is based in Pakistan and ships directly from international manufacturing partners to your doorstep in the West. 
* The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
* Visanya is not responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Wrong Address Disclaimers & Undeliverable Packages
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. 
* We process orders rapidly through our automated systems, meaning address modifications cannot be guaranteed after checkout is completed.
* Visanya is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to the international warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. 
* If a package is returned to our supplier as undeliverable due to customer error, the customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your gear arrives damaged, or if your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team immediately.
* For transit damages: Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
* For lost packages: Please check with your local postal service and neighbors before reaching out. If the package remains missing, contact us so we can open an investigation with our logistics partners.
